You can search Fitrex.com by entering keywords such as 'bench press' and clicking the 'Search' button. You can also modify the default search options to customize your search.

• The Match option allows you to specify if you would like to search for All (bench AND press) or Any (bench OR press) of the keywords.
• The Search Format allows you to specify if you want your search results Long (includes description) or Short (title only)
• The Score option allows you to specify how your results are organized. If you choose 'Score', your search results will be ordered starting with the most relevant documents to the least relevant documents. If you choose 'Time', your search results will be ordered by the last time that the pages were modified. If you choose 'Title', your search results will be orderd alphabetically by the title of the pages.
