Sometimes this can happen if you go through some of the other programs like you are going to switch to another/different program after you have already logged in. The system thinks you want to switch programs so you have to pick a new start date.

All you have to do is pick the start date you had before and your workout days again. Everything else should remain the same. Make sure you are still in the correct workout program too.
