There is really no action required to cancel your membership. Your membership will automatically expire at the end of your paid subcription. If you signed up for the Fitrex newsletter and want to be removed from the mailing list, you may send an email to our list-server with the following command in the body of your email message:

unsubscribe fitrex-members

or from another account, besides the one that is subscribed:

unsubscribe fitrex-members youremail@yourserver.com

If you ever need to get in contact with the owner of the Fitrex mailing list, (if you have trouble unsubscribing, or have questions about the list itself) send email to owner-fitrex-members@fitrex.com. This is the general rule for most mailing lists when you need to contact a human.
