+ THIS EXERCISE MAY NOT BE FOR EVERYONE. IF YOU FEEL THAT YOU ARE LACKING FLEXIBILITY OR HAVE HAD PREVIOUS SHOULDER INJURIES SIMPLY SWITCH TO ONE OF THE OTHER AVAILABLE EXERCISES THAT YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH.

Description:
Attach a straight bar or cable rope to the bottom pulley of your cable machine. Grasp the apparatus and stand upright with your feet at shoulder width apart. You should now be holding the weight at arms length. Now, simply raise your arms and the weight until it reaches the level of your chest. The key is to lead with your elbows as you raise the weight! Exhale as the weight comes up and inhale as you lower the weight back down. We have not been able to shoot a video of the Cable Upright Row Exercise. The video shown at this time is of the Dumbbell Upright Row to show the basics of the movement.
