| Adjust the height of the platform so that the axis of rotation on the machine is even with your hips. Set the apparatus on number 7. It should be facing toward your left as you face the machine. Start by placing your right leg over the top of the pad. The pad should rest behind your knee on the very lowest portion of your hamstring. You should now turn so that the right side of your body is facing the machine. Stand tall and drive your knee down and backward following the arcing pattern of the apparatus. Don’t forget to train the other side!!! |
