| Adjust the height of the platform so that the axis of rotation on the machine is even with your hips. Set the apparatus on number 4. It should be facing toward your right as you face the machine. Start with your right leg behind the pad. You should now turn so that the right side of your body is facing the machine. Stand tall and drive your knee forward and up following the arcing pattern of the apparatus. Don’t forget to train the other side!!! |
