High Point Dumbbell Leg Curl

Lie on your stomach on a flat bench. Place a dumbbell between your feet. Until you’ve had some practice doing this, you may need a partner to help you position the dumbbell. Grasp the bench for support. Exhale and slowly curl the weight up with your hamstring muscles in the back of your thigh. Do not arch your hips off the bench as this can cause stress to your lower back.
