4-Way Manual Neck

For this exercise you will need a partner, a towel, and a bench. Lie on the bench on your side. Your partner will place a folded towel on the upper portion of the side of your head. Your partner will provide resistance as you lift your head up and then gently push your head back down. Repeat while lying on your other side, on your back and on your stomach. This is a great way to work your neck if you do not have a machine available to you.
