Clap Push Ups (regular position)

Start in the bottom position of a pushup. Rapidly extend your arms to pus yourself up from the bottom position explosively as you get closer to locking out your arms so that your hands leave the ground. As soon as your hands leave the ground flex your elbows and quickly clap your hands, return your hands to the floor, with your elbows flexed to catch your self your elbows will continue to flex as you are pulled back down by gravity . Try to stop your decent, reverse direction, and push yourself back up as quickly as you can to clap your hands again.
