Arm Isometric Flexion\Extension

Grasp your hands together in front of your waist. One palm should be facing down and other should be facing up. Curl your right arm up towards your chest and resist the movement with the tricep muscle of the left arm. When you have completed the movement, extend your left arm down and resist the movement with the bicep muscle of your right arm. This is a fun exercise that will tone the muscles of both arms at the same time! Don't forget to breathe throughout the movement.
