| Stand approximately 1 - 1.5 feet from the pulley system. Grasp the EZ bar apparatus on either the inside or outside bend of the bar. This will depend on what feels best to you! Your grip should be in the supinated or palms up position. Maintain a strong, upright posture throughout the movement. Exhale as you curl the weight up. Try to keep your elbows pointing toward the ground throughout the exercise. This exercise develops the overall biceps muscle! |
