Cross Body Stick Stretch

Hold a stick in front of your body with your hands placed at shoulder width to start with. The closer your hands are the more stretch your will receive. Experiment as to what feels best to you! Now, hold the bar straight out in front of your body and gently pull your arms across your body. Hold this stretch for 15 seconds. Don't forget to stretch the other side! This exercise stretches your upper back and shoulders.
