Theraband Internal Rotation (AB)

Attach a theraband to a stationary object at approximately waist height. Stand with your back toward the theraband attachment. Hold your arm at a 90 degree angle in your elbow joint with your upper arm parallel to the floor. Internally rotate your upper arm moving your forearm forward until your wrist is slightly lower than your elbow (individual range of motion may vary). Remember to keep your upper arm parallel to the floor and your elbow at a 90 degree angle.
