Cable Curl Downs

Search the Fitrex.com Fitness Information:
Advanced Search

Place a bench about 1 foot from the pulley system. Lay back on the bench while grasping the cable bar. Keep your hands 8-12 inches apart. Exhale and slowly curl the weight down to your forehead. Keep your upper arms stationary throughout the movement.
