| Begin by positioning a Preacher Curl Bench in front of a low cable pulley. Attach a EZ bar to the cable. Sit on the preacher bench and grasp the EZ bar by utilizing either the inside bend or the outside bend of the bar. Where you grab the bar depends on your body and what feels best! Exhale and curl the weight up. Let the weight back down slowly and extend your arms as far as is comfortable to you. This exercise will stretch and develop the lower part of the long head of your biceps. |
