Cable Internal Rotation (AD)

Grasp a handle that is attached to the lower cable of a cable crossover machine. Stand with your left side to the machine when training your left arm and with your right side to the machine when training your right arm. Bend your elbow at a 90 degree angle and keep your upper arm near your side with about 3 inches between your elbow and your side. Internally rotate your upper arm moving your forearm forward and bringing it in towards your torso (individual range of motion may vary). Remember to keep a 3 inch space between your side and your elbow. And, keep your elbow at a 90 degree angle.
