Cable Internal Rotation (AB)

Grasp a handle that is attached to the upper cable of a cable crossover machine. Stand with your back to the machine. Hold your arm bent at 90% at the elbow and your upper arm parallel to the floor. Internally rotate your upper arm moving your forearm forward until your wrist is slightly lower than your elbow (individual range of motion may vary). Remember to keep your upper arm parallel to the floor and your elbow at 90%.
