Floor Pike Ups

Lie back on the floor with your legs straight. Bring your legs and your upper body off the ground at the same time. Let your hands touch your legs and return to the starting position. Remember to breathe throughout the movement. A word of caution: This is an advanced exercise. Do not perform if you have a history of back pain!
