| Place a flat bench in the middle of a double-sided cable machine. Lay back on the bench and position your shoulders to be in line with the lower pulley system. You may need a partner to help in grasping the cable handles. Extend your arms in a perpendicular position to the ground. Inhale and slowly lower the cable handles down toward the floor as far as is comfortable. Keep a slight bend in your elbows. Exhale and squeeze the cable handles back up to the starting position. |
