Barbell Bent Arm Pullover

Lie back on a bench with a bar positioned across your chest. Place your hands approximately 8-12 inches apart. Keeping your arms bent at a 90 degree angle, elevate the weight up and over your head. Slowly stretch down as far as is comfortable to you and return to the starting position. This exercise is excellent for developing strength and flexibility in your shoulders, chest and back muscles.
