Bodyweight Standing Toe Press

Stand on a small box with the balls of your feet. Lower your heels down towards the floor as far as is comfortable. Flex your calves and push the balls of your feet into the box until your toes are pointing downward. This is a great exercise for the upper part or gastrochnemius muscle group of your calf muscle.
