Ab Incline Bench Crunches

Search the Fitrex.com Fitness Information:
Advanced Search

Sit on a 45 degree incline bench. Make sure you lower back is pressedinto the bench for good support. Fold your arms across your chest. Contract your abs and crunch forward to a fully upright position.. Make sure you keep your lower back pressed against the bench. You can lower the bench to 30 degrees if you would like additional difficulty as you get into better shape!
