Dumbbell Floor Bench Press

Hold the dumbbells at arms length above your chest while lying on the floor. Open the dumbbells slightly and lower the weight until the dumbbells touch your outer chest and shoulder area. Try to keep your forearms in a perpendicular position throughout the lift. The video for this exercise shows the movement being done on a bench press. By performing this exercise from the floor your range of motion will be limited but which minimizes the stress to the shoulders.
