Cable Triceps Pushdown (Rope Attachment)

Stand 1.5 - 2 feet away from the cable machine. You can stagger your legs for better balance. Grasp the end of Rope Attachment. Keep your upper arms in close to your sides. Move only at the elbow joint. Exhale and extend your arms to a near-straight position. Slowly return the weight until your upper arms are above perpendicular to the ground.
