Machine Hip Flexion

Check the informational plackard available on your particular machine for specific instructions on how to use it properly. Here are some basic points as well. Adjust the height of the platform so that the axis of rotation on the machine is even with your hips. If you are staring with your right leg, the resistance arm of the machine should be facing toward your right as you face the machine. Start with your right leg behind the pad. You should now turn so that the right side of your body is towards the machine. Stand tall and drive your knee forward and up following the arcing pattern of the apparatus. Don’t forget to train the other side!!!
