Half Hurdler Stretch

This is a stretch for the Hamstrings (Posterior Thigh). Begin by pulling the heel of one leg in to the inner thigh of the other leg. Dorsiflex the foot of the straight leg (pull your toes toward your knee). Lean forward and reach out toward your toes. Do not just round your back, rather bend from the hip. You should feel a stretch in your hamstring, you should attempt to stretch with an intensity that is not painful.
