Core Board Dumbbell Bent Over Row (elbows wide)

Stand on a Reebok Core Training Board. Bend over until your torso is perpendicular to the ground. Keep your back flat and strong. Bend your knees slightly. You can keep your palms facing each other or you can rotate them so that they face your body throughout the movement. Let your elbows come out to the sides of your body to approximately 90 degrees to as you row the dumbbells up. Slowly return the dumbbells to an “arms extended” position and repeat. Keep your head and neck in a neutral position throughout the movement.
