Core Board Barbell Curl

Stand on a Reebok Core Training Board. Grasp the bar with a shoulder width grip or slightly wider. Your grip should be in the supinated or palms up position. Maintain a strong, upright posture throughout the movement. Exhale as you curl the weight up. Try to keep your elbows pointing toward the ground throughout the exercise. Keep your wrists in a neutral position. This exercise develops the overall biceps muscle!
