The Question:

I am a busy college student who finds it hard enough to eat 3 meals a day. Do you have an suggestions for a meal plan I might be able to follow in order to gain muscle mass in combination with lifting.


The Answer:

It is very hard to organize your daily schedule to eat 5-6 times per day. I can't do it either! This is exactly why I take meal replacement powders like Met-Rx or Myoplex. I eat Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. In between Lunch and Dinner I make a shake, and before I go to bed I make one also. To me, this is the reason supplements were invented. To provide convenience!
