The Question:

I am 33 old male . I am very thin as my waist is 28 inches. I am not healthy as you look. I have started exercise- wt. lifting an still my body is no good. I am taking MILK, CARROT & TOMATO JUICE, 3 FRUITS, POMENGRATE in MORNING and eat LUNCH AND DINNER. PLEASE HELP WITH A EATING PLAN


The Answer:

A balanced Diet of Carbohydrates, Protien and Fat is the best way to go. Also try eating 4-6 complete, balanced meals everyday. Check out the nutrition section of Fitrex.
