The Question:

I am 33years old and weigh 220 pounds. I go to the gym five times a week, and spend 2 hours in the gym .
what I would like to know is, what supplement do I need to use to gain more muscle and energy. Also, have you heard of something called "Anabolex"?

The Answer:

The foundation of any fitness and weight lifting program is proper nutrition. Let me point you to the nutrition section of Fitrex.

As far as supplements go, meal replacements (MetRx, Myoplex), whey protein, and Creatine and Glutamine are the way to go. This is the URL to our current recommended combination of supplements for muscle mass gain.

,br> I am assuming that anabolex is the brand name of a prohormone promising increased testosterone production. I would be wary of any supplement that affects hormone levels or any other part of your endocrine system.
