The Question:I have been a member at a gym for almost two years and have made little progress. I have been able to develop proper form on many excercises, but building a program that suits my physique has been a great hassle, since most programs out there don't cater individuals with small physiques.
I am a 22 year old male, 5 foot 6 inches tall and 130 pounds. I have trouble gaining weight (even fat), therefore, I would consider myself an ectomorph, albeit a shorter one! I browsed the programs offered on fitrex.com and was astounded by the variety and comprehensiveness.
What programs do you recommend for a person of my pyhsique who just wants to be stonger and more fit, gain a little muscle mass (max 20 lbs.), and on a tight budget for time (max 3-4 times a week, max 1 hr 30 min per session).
