The Question:

I have been working out for a year now almost, and i wanted to ask you is there anyway to keep gaining muscle mass and strenght without the use of supplements, and can you please give me some workouts for strength training that really solidfy your body.


The Answer:

You can definetly improve your physique and continue gaining muscle mass without taking supplements. The supplements just help speed up the process. Consistent training and eating quality foods 6 times per day is the key for building mass.

The Bodybuilding or Strength and Power programs will help to "solidify" your body. I am asuming that solidifying your body means losing fat and looking harder or more lean. You should also check out our nutrition section to learn some basics about how to eat better!
