The Question:

I am 23 years old, 6' tall and weigh in at only 128 lbs. I have made it my goal to gain 40 lbs. I have the metabolism of a very active gerbil. I have started eating much more, and I have added supplements to my diet. Is there anything else I can do?

The Answer:

Many naturally thin people will never gain weight no matter how much food they eat. They will gain weight however, if they create a NEED for their body to do so. This need is created by resistance training.

So, in combination with eating like never before, taking supplements like creatine, glutamine and meal replacement packets you must lift weights!

I know you can gain 40 pounds if you just train and eat consistently. You can do it! I have seen it happen many times before.
