The Question:

I dont have weights, will I still get good results from your program?


The Answer:

You will see good results and positive health benefits from doing the "No Equipment" programs on our site. They get your body moving and are fun to do. However, you would get better results if you simply had a pair of dumbbells. It is difficult to overload certain muscle groups without the aid of resistance. Think about this as you become more involved in health and fitness in the next few months!
