The Question:

I'm 6'6" and weigh only 180lbs. I played 1 yr. of JC hoops in 1992 and continue to play 2 to 3 times a week. All my life I've been SUPER SKINNY and would like to know what do you recomend I do to GAIN WEIGHT AND SIZE? Unfortunately I find it very hard to eat...right now I'm averaging about 2 meals per day (FAST FOOD MEALS). I am very picky (STUPID). Please give me NUTRITION (SPECIFIC MEALS) AND WEIGHT TRAINING TIPS. THANK YOU!

The Answer:

The weight lifting tips are already done! Just get on a 4 or 5 Day Strength and Power or Bodybuilding routine. Go for the EXPRESS versions as they have a little less volume so you won't burn as many calories just doing the workout. But, they still have all the good heavy stuff to help build some bulk. Then, you should seriously consider taking supplements. At least consider supplements like Creatine and a meal replacement powder like Myoplex or Met-Rx. These things actually taste really good. So, even if you are a picky eater you can just whip up a great tasting shake that has tons of nutrition in it. Even the most expensive shake (Myoplex Plus Deluxe) still only costs about $2.25. What else could you buy that will have as much quality nutrition as this price? There really is nothing!
Now, here is what you will need to eat to put on some weight and size.

Breakfast:
Myoplex or Met-Rx Shake (o 8 scrabled egg whites with 2 egg yolks)
4 peices of peanut butter toast
16 ounce glass of milk
Creatine (1 teaspoon)
Vitamin/Mineral Tabs
20 ounces of water

Snack:
1 apple
1 cup cottage cheese
1 Balance Bar (you can choose the flavor)
20 ounces of water

Lunch:
1 Turkey Sandwhich on whole wheat
1 Peanut butter and jelly sandwhich on whole wheat
1 yogurt
12 ounces of 2% milk
Glutamine (2 teaspoons)
20 ounces of water

Snack:
After training drink
Myoplex Plus Deluxe mixed with water.
Creatine (1 teaspoon)
Glutamine (2 teaspoons)
20 ounces of water

Dinner:
2 Chicken Breasts or 1 steak.
Large Salad with Olive oil and Vinegar dressing.
Baked Potato with sour cream!
12 ounces of 2% milk.
20 ounces of water
Snack:
1 Myoplex Plus Deluxe
mixed with water and 1 cup of ice cream.
Vitamin/Mineral Tabs
12 ounces of water

Train hard, eat hard, GET HUGE!
