The Question:

What would be the best excercises for me to get bigger? I am 6'2", weigh 175 lbs. I just want to get bigger because I am very skinny, even when I was running 5 miles a week and did strength training workouts 3 times a week for over 8 months. It did nothing for my size and I am only 17 years old.

Then, get on the 4 Day Strength and Power Program. Train consistantly, eat lots of quality foods (check out our nutrition information section), sleep 8-10 hours every night and you will get bigger. We have the plan, you need to do the hard part by doing the work! Crank it up!
