The Question:

I have a lot of arthritis in my feet and don't have a lot of flexibility & I am overweight. I am doing cardio & dieting to get the weight down. Which of your programs do you suggest to start with to improve my flexibility and general strength?


The Answer:

There are a few programs I could recommend. I would do one of the 2 Day "Get Lean" or "General Fitness" Programs. The General Fitness Programs are a little more aggressive so you may want to wait on these programs until you have completed 12 weeks on one of the Get Lean Programs. Also, one of the "No Equipment" Programs or the "Women's Full Body Shaping" Programs in the "At Home" or "Women's Workouts" areas would be great!
