The Question:

I have reviewed several of your programs and they all look great. My problem is that the equipment available in my gym is not the "Nautilas" type.

Our gym has dumbbells, plus the following Cybex machines:

Modular Assist Dip/Chin
Arm Extension
Arm Curl
back Extension
AB Crunch
Seated Leg Press
Leg Extention
Seated Leg Curl
Row/Rear Delt
Pull Down
Overhead Press
Chest Press

It would be wonderful if you could create a workout using this equipment. My goal is to lose bodyfat and build muscle. I normally like to lift three times a week. I would appreciate any assistance and direction you would be willing to provide.


The Answer:

It sounds as if you have only viewed the example programs that are laid out in the pre-signup area. You'll find if you sign up for a program, most if not all of these exercises are exchangable. You can exchange any exercise to match the equipment available to you in your gym. The example programs are NOT interactive and do not have the weights set to your particular strength levels. Try signing up for a program that you feel fully suits your needs, and if you're still having questions or problems, or I've misunderstood your question, let me know. Just try experimenting with several different programs to find one you like.
