The Question: What should you do if you're forced to miss a few workouts on your schedule? I'm on the M-T-W-Th plan and will miss T and Th. Should I squeeze them in on the weekend, do them while I do the M and W routine, or just pick up next week? The Answer: If you miss one workout you can go ahead and move to the next week. But, if you miss 2 workouts you have to redo the week. Missing two workouts really throws you off the pattern of the Fitrex periodization model. |
