The Question:

What exercise is best to increase muscle strength in the neck and shoulder areas. I work out at home and just started my weight collection of which I have about 250lbs and a bench bar, curl bar and two smaller curl bars.


The Answer:

The best exercises for the shoulders, neck, and trapezius (the muscles between your neck and shoulders) muscles are Military Presses, Barbell Shrugs and an exercise called the 4-Way Manual Neck.
