The Question:

I would like a basic routine to start off with in the weight room. I see the girls who do weights have better results than the ones who just do areobics. I feel a little intimidated when I go into the weight room. I do have a bad back and I need to lose weight. I am 5'5" and I weigh 160 lbs. Can you help me?


The Answer:

I have built some great Women's Workouts that you can access. From the Fitrex.com home page, click on the button labeled "Women's". It's in the center section labeled "Choose your fitness goal". Just follow the screen prompts, and it will create a program fully customized to you.
