The Question:

I was wondering which workout would be better for myself. I am trying to lose weight. I'm female-5'5",and currently weigh 190lbs. So which workout would be better, the Women's Program or the Get Lean Program?


The Answer:

Both of the workouts would be great. The Get Lean Programs will use very high reps which can actually be a little harder than the Womens Fitness Programs. But, all else being equal, the Get Lean Programs will help you burn more calories during the actual workout so if you don't mind working hard I would start with one of these!
