The Question:

Thanks for your response and this information. But to get me started could you show me an example of a meal plan to give me ideas of what to have for breakfast, lunch dinners and snacks Such as Breakfast: 1 banana and 1 yogurt. Please I would very much appreciate it.

Here goes!!

Breakfast
1 serving of Oatmeal with 1 scoop of Designer Whey protein. 1 cup of skim milk. Multi-vitamin/mineral supplements. 2-3 cups of water

Snack
Balance Bar
As much water as you can drink!

Lunch
Tuna Sandwich on whole rye bread. 1 apple. As much water as you can drink, again!

Snack
Myoplex Lite mixed with water. 1 orange. Water!

Dinner
1 chicken breast. Large serving of broccoli or salad with extra virgin olive or flax oil and seasonings. 1 cup of skim milk. Water

Snack
1/2 cup of cottage cheese with peaches. Multi-vitamin/mineral supplements. Water!
