The Question:

I have just returned to working out. A few years ago I began a strength cycle and gained awesome results. Is it a good idea to go 12 weeks through a strength cycle then start body building?

The Answer:

You are starting to see the big picture. Creating a base of strength work before moving into the more advanced bodybuilding workout is awesome. You should start out with a General Fitness program like the 3 or 4 Day Balanced Classic Split program. Then move into the intense 5 Day Bodybuilding Offseason Mass program. Let us know how it goes!
