The Question:Dan:
I am currently taking your 5-day Bodybuilding Program.
My question is this after completeing the lifts I
then go up and take an areobic class for 1hr. Do
you think that this is detremential to my lifting
such as overtraing? I must add that I am 66 years old
and spend as much as 6days a week in the gym doing mostly
areobics and treadmill until a month ago when I started on your weight program
The problem is that I like doing both but I can tell that it is putting a strain
me. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
One other point, can the Bodybuilding
Program be spread over a 7 day period so I would be able to do 2 days of areobics?

You are a stud! However, you are correct in stating that you may be doing a little too much! You can spread the program over a 7 day period. Just organize your training calendar for what works best in your schedule. Also, you may need to lighten up some of the weights a little if you don't want to give up on your cardio work. One more thing. Very soon I will be making an "Express" version of the Bodybuilding Programs. This way you will get a lot of great results from the training while still being able to put in your cardio time! Make sure you are eating well and getting enough sleep wild man! Have fun!
